The Origin of WhyLX

It started with a recurring observation across dozens of massive public sector IT projects: technical failure almost always begins at the procurement phase.

For years, we watched government agencies struggle to articulate their actual business needs. Business sponsors would ask for features instead of outcomes. IT teams wanted to build using modern, agile methodologies, while oversight and procurement bodies demanded rigid, waterfall compliance documents before releasing a single dollar of funding.

WhyLX was born out of the absolute necessity to bridge this divide. We built a platform that forces stakeholders to define their "Why" using SMART objectives, and instantly translates those modern, iterative goals into the exact, strict compliance formats required by regional oversight bodies.

He co-founded WhyLX to bridge the fatal communication gap between business sponsors, IT leadership, and compliance officers, ensuring that every dollar spent aligns perfectly with validated business outcomes.
